Until you choose to go ahead with us, the designs are our property. So the only thing we ask is that you do not take our designs to get costings from other suppliers, because I’m sure if you think about it, you’ll agree that is not fair on us.
There is no problem getting competitive quotes, but the competitor must come up with their own designs to cost without sighting the plans and 3D designs that we create for you. The design files we provide you come with disclaimers to this effect.
If we become aware that you have used our designs to go with another supplier, we reserve the right to bill you up to $2000+gst for the design.
